Welcome to Viso.li ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viso.li link shortener service (the "Service"), accessible via our website and related applications.
By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
The Viso.li Service allows users ("Customers", "you", "your") to create shortened URLs and track certain anonymized analytics when those links are visited. Depending on your subscription plan, the data available may include:
- View count
- Time of access
- Location data (continent, country, city)
- Device type and model
- Referrer/origin
- Company affiliation (based on IP, but without storing the IP)
We do not store IP addresses, and all analytics data is anonymized.
2. Plans, Payment, and Subscription

Plan usage is reset monthly. Creating or tracking links beyond your plan limit is not permitted and may result in throttling or suspension.
Payment and Subscription
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, payable in advance.
Upgrades and Downgrades: By default, we prorate subscription changes. For example, if a customer signs up on May 1 for the Pro plan at 9.99 USD, they'll be billed 9.99 USD immediately. If on May 15 they switch to the Enterprise plan at 49.99 USD, then on June 1 they'll be billed 69.99 USD (49.99 USD for a renewal of their subscription, plus a 20.00 USD prorating adjustment for half of the previous month's 40.00 USD difference). Similarly, a downgrade generates a credit that is applied to the next invoice. We also prorate when you make quantity changes.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except for credits generated by a plan downgrade as described above. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes, either by posting the new prices on our site or by sending you an email notification.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that any content linked through our Service complies with applicable laws.
- Not using the Service for phishing, malware distribution, abuse, spam, or illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its content (inluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Viso.li and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Viso.li.
5. Availability & Performance
The Service is hosted on Vercel, which offers a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, Viso.li makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access and reserves the right to suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Viso.li DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Viso.li, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viso.li and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
8. Data Privacy
We respect your users’ privacy. While we collect anonymized metadata for analytical purposes, we do not store IP addresses. Data is aggregated and used to provide insights to you as a Customer, in accordance with your subscription level.

9. Modifications
Viso.li may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or inactivity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes shall be handled in the courts located in [Your City, Country].
